Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service. The rooms are equipped with a nice Jacuzzi but unfortunately no hot water. The location is convenient to the convention center next door. However, the staff could benefit from more training in customer service.
The hotel has a nice Jacuzzi in the rooms but unfortunately no hot water available. The rooms offer either a pullout couch or a cot, with the addition of a sofa bed. The service is good, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The location is close to the ViaRail railway station and downtown. The dining includes local focaccia bread. The facilities are satisfactory, and the price is considered reasonable given the amenities provided.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and had a nice Jacuzzi, but the lack of hot water was a major letdown. The service was decent overall, though the staff seemed to lack proper customer service training. The location was convenient, being very close to the train station, but there was room for improvement. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious French products; however, the facilities could use some enhancements.
